although my album release may take a bit longer, you don’t have to wait to hear some new tunes. I am glad to announce a felicitous collaboration with Marc Lime & K Bastian, we wrote a fantastic song together called THE MUSIC which will be released on the 24th of june 2011. The dancefloor piece will be available as digital single and limited picture vinyl, featuring Remixes from Chris Decay, Lazard, Rocco Vs. Bass-T and DJs From Mars.

Dear lovers,

this year is almost over now and I would like to thank you all for your support during the last 12 months! I had an amazing time in 2010 and I am really thankful for all the great things that happened to me. It started with the huge success at Berlin Fashion Week in January, the furtherance of Volkswagen Soundfoundation and Initiative Musik and it continued with the great shows we’ve played for a great audience all over Germany. Finally I got a deal with a very strong partner who gives me the possibility to work on new material for my first solo album. I am thankful for all the highly talented people I met, who support me in the studio and inspire me with their arts and their spirits. I can’t wait to go on in January, to get the best songs together for my debut but for now I am looking forward to fly to Israel over New Years Eve to get some new input. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, enjoy the time with your friends and family and take care!

BEN IVORY announces upcoming release of new single STROBELIGHTS!

My new single STROBELIGHTS will be released on june 18.
Working on the song and video was a real challenge and a fulfilling experience.

Once more I got the possibility to work with an amazingly talented and visionary team. Music producer José Alvarez Brill, director Stephan Schramm and creative director Kilian Kerner are only a few of the people who made the vision come true.

During the filming process we developed so many intensive and expressive themes, that we’ve decided to present you eight different moods till the release of STROBELIGHTS. Each mood represents a character from the video, to join you in and infect you with the STROBELIGHTS FEVER…
